The TELink® 700a is a professional-quality telephone-loadable messaging system utilizing state-of-the-art analog-to-digital audio storage and playback. The 700a provides a single continuous-loop message into any phone system’s MOH port. Available with up to 64-minutes of non-volatile high density flash memory, it offers a wealth of standard features including fax-line sharing, voice-line sharing, and distinctive ring compatibility. A night answer model is also available to answer the phone after business hours and play a separate night message for callers.

All remote unit management and audio downloads are accomplished using a standard PC, WinLink Communications Appliance (WCA), and the WinLink™ controller software suite. When a download is needed, the WCA dials the remote TELink unit and transfers audio and unit configuration settings over standard phone lines. TELink’s integrated callback features combined with WinLink’s powerful scheduling abilities provide great flexibility and convenience in loading units and managing the customer base. Loads can be initiated on demand, scheduled for a specific date and time, or you can instruct remote units to call the controller at a future date and time and automatically load new audio.
